TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 1) Candidate has to submit one recent passport size photograph and photocopy of valid ID Proof (Driving licence / Passport / Voter ID / Aadhar card) and latest degree certificate at the time of enrolment.

2) Candidate should keep the mobile phone in silent mode during training sessions.

3) In case of online training, Candidate needs to have compatible laptop and proper internet connection.

4) Candidate has to pay fees regularly on mention due dates. In case of instalments candidate need to submit post-dated cheques.

5) If Candidate do not pay the fees on due date, we possess rights to cancel admission without any refund of paid fees.

6) AGT Infotech / Trainer will not be responsible for missing lectures, If Candidate do not attend the lectures regularly.

7) If Candidate does not do Homework / Practice / Preparation / Clarify doubts during training sessions or until the course completion duration, AGT Infotech or Trainer is not responsible to support after course duration completed.

8) Fees once paid will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

9) AGT Infotech or any person associated with AGT Infotech does not give any verbal or non-verbal guarantee of Job / Placement.

10) Timings of lecture will be as per mutual understanding of Candidate and trainer.

11) In case of online training recording of training sessions is strictly prohibited. If candidate found doing so, we possess rights to terminate admission without refund of paid fees.

12) AGT Infotech possess rights to market candidate’s success story once placement is done.
